Self-Catering Holiday Cottage, Brewers Quay, Weymouth

Ideally located within easy reach of all the amenities Weymouth has to offer. This Victorian cottage  has been recently refurbished  to the standard  required by Visit Britain to achieve 4 Star status.

 On the doorstop

• Newtons Cove is a little beach with plenty of rock pools to explore (2mins walk)
• Nothe Gardens
• Nothe Fort
• Catch crabs and watch the fishing boats return to the Harbour (5 mins walk)
• Brewers Quay with quaint shops and busy bars  and restaurants (2 mins walk)
• Over the swing bridge to the main shopping centre and main sandy beach (10 mins walk)

The fully equipped galley kitchen (down one step) includes a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate dinning room  where up to 8 guests can be comfortably seated. High chair and children's cutlery and crockery are available

 Decked area with garden furniture & BBQ, leading to enclosed garden (laid to gravel) which is a real sun spot.

3 bedrooms: On the 1st floor is the Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite toilet and washbasin.
On the top floor is the light and airy 3rd bedroom which has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed plus stowaway 2’6 bed (restricted space with 2nd bed in place).
The family bathroom has a free-standing roll-top bath and a separate deluge shower. There is also a wet room on the ground floor.

Other information:

Bed linen is included (please state requirements at time of booking).
Guests are to provide own towels, but may be available at an additional charge.

Change over day is Saturday (short stays may be possible, subject to availability).
Access available from 3pm on arrival, to be vacated by 10am on departure day.

On-street parking is usually available (2 disabled spaces outside the cottage), however a permit to use the nearby public car park is included.

(Travel) cot and baby equipment available on request at time of booking.

This is a no smoking property.
